Private Commission Prepared for Michael Hyatt · August 25, 2026

Your own Command Center.

Last Friday you asked if this was theoretical. It's not. Here's the commission: I build you a command center like mine, on your stack, in your own cloud account. Three weeks after we start, you log in and see your business.

The system you watched is real.

On our call you watched me ask my business questions and get answers. Follow-ups drafted while I slept. Every dollar accounted for. That's my daily driver, and it's the most fun I've had running this company. Yours gets built the same way, around your business instead of mine.

Eight facts. Everything else is detail.

The commission Custom software: your command center, built for you, in your own cloud account.
Price $2,400 per month
Term Three months. $7,200 all in.
First login Within three weeks of starting, on your core stack.
Your part Answer fast. I build against what you give me: a decision, an account, a piece of feedback. Slow answers slow the calendar, not the bill. The $2,400 reserves my time for this whether or not you're ready to use it that week.
Bug fixes Included the whole way. If something I built breaks, I fix it.
Additions Extra, and always your call. On retainer, or priced per component.
Ownership Yours. The code, the data, the account. If we ever part ways, you keep a full export.

How the three months run.

  1. Week one: scope. You name the tools you live in and how you want yours to behave differently from mine. Most of what you use, I already run. The connectors exist. This isn't a one-time list either: tell me what comes up as we go, and I'll fold it into the build.
  2. Weeks two and three: build. Your data starts flowing: people, calendar, email, calls, money. By the end of week three you log in and see your business in one place.
  3. Months two and three: tune and extend. We adjust what the first weeks reveal, then start on additions. First on the list: full CoachAccountable integration, so your coaching clients, sessions, and notes live on the same timelines as everything else, plus Kit and MemberPress.

What it does the day you log in.

  1. Ask your business anything. What happened on the last call. Who needs attention. It reads your email, your calendar, your call transcripts, and your money, and answers in seconds.
  2. Every person, one timeline. Emails, meetings, recordings, payments. Anchored to the person, not scattered across six apps.
  3. Nothing slips. Overnight it reviews every active relationship and drafts the follow-up for anyone going quiet. You read, adjust, send.
  4. The money, visible. Every dollar in and out, categorized and queryable.
  5. Everything watched. Every automation is tracked. If a job goes dark, we both get told.
Ask, running live on my business.
The follow-up queue. Drafted overnight, waiting on one click.
Incoming payments, matched to people. Whatever the source.

All of it runs in your own cloud. Nothing taxes your laptop.

One MCP. Every AI you use.

Your command center ships with a single MCP connector that knows your whole business: people, calls, email, money. It's OAuth, so you connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok in a couple of clicks, and it works in the phone apps too. Ask about your business from anywhere. Your agents get the same access, so the fleet you're building finally works from one source of truth.

What you stop doing.

The point of all of it is time. Three things quietly eat a week:

  1. Reconstructing context. Digging through email, calendar, and call notes to remember where things stand before you talk to someone. The timeline already knows. Ten minutes back before every meeting.
  2. Writing follow-ups. The drafts are waiting each morning. Reading and adjusting takes a fraction of the time.
  3. Chasing numbers. Waiting for a P&L that should be one question away. You ask, it answers.

Run your own math on a normal week. Mine comes out to five or six hours, and that's the conservative version.

When the commission ends, it's yours.

Three ways to grow it from there. Your call, and you can switch any time.

  1. Run it yourself. You get the repo. You already have the agents and the instincts. Grow it your way.
  2. Keep me on retainer. I keep building. What I add to mine shows up in yours. We set that number when you're ready.
  3. Buy components. I price each new addition. You take the ones you want and skip the rest.
