I pieced Command Center together for my own shop and hard-coded a lot of TDO into the walls. You asked me to recreate it for you. This time it starts with a master plan, and the lessons from the first build. Your tools, your people, your money. Still Command Center.

A written master plan first, then we build against it.

People, calls, money, and follow-up land in your instance. Your data stays there.

I host it for the ninety days. Your team is the one inside the product.

The ones you already use. Fireflies instead of Fathom, if that is what you run.

Mail, calendar, money, and the rest of the rails you actually live in.

Three weeks to login. Then one change at a time for 90 days.

You can log in and see your people three weeks from the day we start. After that I make one change at a time through day 90. Then we stop. If you stop sooner, you keep an export of your data.
